excellent location silent room

The hotel location was excellent. It was very close to the subway station, connecting me easily to the city. the room offered everything i needed, it even felt silent, meaning i slept soundly (which is always a win).

i requested cleaning, but the service only changed towels and made the beds. they didn't replace used coffee cups or coffee supplies, slightly inconvenient.

Fantastic Location and Clean Rooms!

u-bahn station clean rooms housekeeping request

The hotel is near the U-Bahn Station. The U3 line makes access simple. The hotel sits right at the heart of St Pauli, close to several cafes and restaurants. Rooms were clean. Housekeeping is available upon request. You can arrange it during check-in or request it later at the reception.

The bar was closed two of the four nights of my stay, which I found quite inconvenient. Evening bar meals were advertised, but the kitchen was never open. There was no wardrobe or drawers available for storing clothing in my room. I had to request a change of towels, beds to be made, and rubbish to be taken away each morning.

I found the location convenient near the Reeperbahn. The metro station was also close. It made access to the airport simple. The room size was decent and the bed was comfortable! I appreciated the half-price happy hour at the on-site bar.

I found that there was no wardrobe for storing clothes.

the breakfast had nice bacon and sausages. the room had a comfortable bed. it was super close to the metro station, it really helped. the receptionist was very kind.

the check in process was bad. i asked for an early checkin and got no reply. when i arrived, the checkin lady was rude. the ac constantly switches off during the day, it was hard to sleep in after a long night out.
